Dear Chinatown BIA Merchants and Residents,

The 19th Annual Toronto Chinatown Festival will be held on Saturday, August 17th to Sunday, August 18th with operative times shown as follows:

August 17th, 2019 (Saturday): 12:00pm – 11:00pm
August 18th, 2019 (Sunday): 11:00am – 8:00pm

Spadina Avenue (West Side) between Sullivan St. and St. Andrew St will be closed from 12:01am on August 17 (Saturday). Please kindly remove all vehicles that parked between this road closure area before the road is being closed at mentioned time. Spadina Avenue (West side- Southbound lanes) will re-open on August 18th (Sunday) at 11:59 am. All vehicles not removed by Festival road closure start time will be subjected to towing at owners’ expense, in accordance with Toronto By-Laws. (Merchants: please arrange for alternative delivery arrangements during the road closure period.) TTC streetcars running along Spadina Ave and Dundas St W will remain fully operational during the Festival period.
