Economic Development & Growth in Employment (EDGE) Incentive Program
The EDGE Incentive Program supports new construction and major renovations in targeted employment sectors. Eligible developments can receive a grant covering 100 per cent of the increase in municipal taxes attributable to the development over five years, helping businesses grow and invest in Toronto.
