2024 Toronto Chinatown Lunar New Year Celebrations
Event Date: Sat. February 10, 2024 – Sun, February 11, 2024
Event Location: Toronto Chinatown Mall and Dragon City Mall
For the upcoming LNY Celebrations, we are looking for:
- (A) ***Flat event planner fee to cover general consultation, press conference, openingand closing ceremony, performances arrangement and coordination, performers fee, MC services, sound system & technicians, event planner on-site duties, and Post Event Report.
- (B) Activities booth (Chinatown Centre Only) : 4-5 Cultural Booths for public interactions
- (C) Graphic design for event elements, media planning & consultation;social media platform and promotion (Mainstream and Chinese media);Advertising design creation
- (D) Photographer & Videographer.
